South Nova Tai Chi is a group that offers exercise, health improvement and friendship.
Formed in 2012, we are a local, volunteer operated group who practices the Tai Chi developed by Master Moy Lin Shin. We have a Board of Directors and an Executive. In March, 2016 we became a branch of the Canadian Tai Chi :

OUR VISION STATEMENT
The South Nova Tai Chi group practices the form of Tai Chi developed by Master Moy Lin Shin to achieve physical and mental health benefits for its members and the broader community. Sharing, respect, and generosity are cornerstones of our practice. Our group seeks to be open, democratic, affordable, and inclusive.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1) To practice Master Moy Lin Shin’s form of Tai Chi and other internal arts and methods and to offer these practices to as many people as possible
2) To focus on the physical and mental health and well-being of participants and to share these health enhancing methods with the wider community. Our practice combines relaxation, exercise, enjoyment, and socializing.
3) To adhere to the principles of volunteerism and helping others which are the basis of the organization. Believing that ongoing learning is a lifelong practice, instructors share their knowledge with students. All members share organizational responsibilities.
